A History of Waynewood average sold prices from 2003-Present
History of Waynewood Average Solds (price) by year
This is an interesting look at neighborhood sales from 2011-2003, I have listed average and median sale prices, along with average days on market. Although, there are many different sizes and shapes for Waynewood models, and varying price points, the year to year comparison is valuable as an illustration of how we have tracked as a neighborhood. In the grand scheme of real estate values in the country and even in the DC Metro, I think it is obvious that Waynewood is a very desirable place to live.
